    I lead with care. My role is to mentor our team, champion our clients, and bridge the space between big ideas and seamless execution.

    I connect the dots across teams and timelines, making sure client visions come to life and my team has what they need to succeed.

    Superpower: Peacekeeping. Colleen is the all-around grounding force at ARM and beyond, always leading with a calm presence and gentle touch.

  • Content Marketing Manager

    I dream up social forward concepts, bringing client content to life and always ideating ways for brands to win big on social.

    Superpower: Pop culture savant, Marriah is a walking talking encyclopedia for all things mainstream media.

  • Social Media Specialist

    I create social-centric content that taps into trending media, cultural relevancy, and engagement pillars.

    Superpower: No B.S, Caroline is short and sweet, getting straight to the point.

    I build the creative behind the scenes and on the set. From shot lists to mood boards, I shape the visuals that give brands their moment.

    Superpower: Moodboard whisperer. Give her a few words, and she’ll give you the whole aesthetic.

  • Graphic Designer

    I transform ideas into visual identities, creating cohesive design, brand identity, and expression that elevates.

    Superpower: Seeing potential where others might not, Janette transforms blank slates into groundbreaking graphics.

  • Junior Account Coordinator

    I bridge the clients and creatives, keeping projects moving while cross-pollinating within all of our teams.

    Superpower: Team class clown, count on Sophia to crack a joke and release the tension during even the most stressful moments.
